Every Monday, AGV's field employees came into the office early to manually report the previous week's work — locations visited, jobs completed, hours spent, purchases made. Then once a month, someone sat down to transfer all of it into Excel by hand. Two people's time wasted, every single week, on admin that added zero value to the business.

Reports on the Go, Data in the Cloud

We built a custom web-based reporting system around how AGV's team actually works. Field employees now submit reports from their phone on the go — logging completed jobs, work locations, hours, and purchases in real time as they happen. Everything flows automatically into the cloud and exports directly to Excel, eliminating manual data entry entirely. Management get a full admin panel overview of all field activity. Monday mornings are free. The owner's time is back. The data is always accurate and up to date.
